Well, where should we start? Only 25% of our time is spent in a training room – the rest is spend working alongside Sales Executives to ensure we maximize the learning potential. We believe development of sales executives in sports today is a two part process: the first part is the training room session (which is where the majority of sales trainers finish their job) and the second, most critical part of our process, is rolling up our sleeves, diving down deep and working right next to your sales teams.

Training room sessions are an important part to the learning process, however, it only takes you so far. In fact, it has been proven time and time again that when you gain new knowledge and then don’t act on that knowledge immediately afterwards all the benefit disappears within two weeks.
